The Pomptet is a group of musicians brought together by Alex "Pompey" Kasirer-Smibert to play his original compositions. Alex has been writing tunes with a wide variety of influences ranging from hip hop to jazz to country. He has brought together a great mix of people who come from equally varied backgrounds but are all rooted in the jazz tradition to interpret his tunes.
